Beginner’s Introduction :
What is “Posture Walking”?

Posture walking is an elegant and lovely style of walking that can be practiced at any time of the day.

At the same time, it serves as an exercise where the full length of your body,from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, is used for walking.

Primarily the back side of the body is used to walk.
In this way, the whole body is lifted upwards and given terrific form. It’s especially good for shaping up your hips and legs.

This amazing style of walking slims the body just by the power of walking beautifully, without the use of any equipment.
This is “posture walking”.

As you continue posture walking, the changes to your figure will soon be evident. Though results vary for each individual, the contours of your body will change in approximately 2 weeks to 3 months.

Personally, I watched as my thighs became slimmer, my hips were toned and lifted,
my face showed greater definition, and I grew an incredible 3 cm in height.
I went down two sizes, and my circulation has radically improved.

Posture walking changed me on the inside, too.
Before I started posture walking, I always felt regret over the past, emptiness regarding the present, and fear for my future.

But since I started posture walking, I have learned gratitude for my past, satisfaction in my present, and deep hope for what my future holds. I have found a joy in life that comes from the bottom of my heart. This is my own true experience.

Within our muscles is a power.
The power of our being is exuded as energy from the body’s muscle.
Therefore, by using these muscles on a daily basis you will see your body and soul radiate from the inside.
You will become the wonderful and attractive you that you are.

The body has words.
Before we even speak, we are communicating.
When your posture and walk embody beauty, you exude honesty and intelligence.
When you make a great first impression, socializing with new people is easy.

It’s no wonder that using your body properly inspires both physical and mental change.
The happiness you hold within as you walk powers your ability to open your mind.

The concept of walking in posture walking goes beyond how you move your body and includes a sense of how you carry your soul.

By paying attention to beautifying and treating your body graciously as you walk, an often unconscious activity, you will develop the ability to walk while maintaining a proper balance in body and mind.

The way that you walk is a point of origin for your body and soul.
Everything about the bodies that we live in is a gift. By eliminating the negative habits you’ve acquired and holding your body properly, you will be able to naturally exercise your true strength and potential.
Maintaining awareness of proper walking is a wonderful way to open the door to a new season in life. In fact, by doing so, we become the sculptors of our lives.

I honestly believe that building a better future for our world can start by walking with poise and grace. From my own beautiful country of Japan, I wish to deliver a message to the world about the joy of stepping into the future with a healthy soul in a healthy body.

Every day I hear stories from students who have learned to love themselves and start to shine.
Nothing makes me happier than being able to help others and touch their lives. I cherish our time together in lessons - where we share joy and happiness.
